The Women's Ultimate Frisbee Club, SOL, was founded in the fall of 2006. We are a group of athletes who meet 2-3 times per week throughout the year to practice and competitively play the sport of ultimate frisbee. We are recognized throughout the country not only as a competitive team but a highly spirited program.

SOL is active both on the UW-Eau Claire campus, as well as in the community. We are passionate about the game of ultimate and love to share it with those around us.
